Services: Hazed Visuals agrees to provide photography, graphics or styling services as described in the agreement with the client.
Payment: A fee will be agreed with the client before any work is completed. A deposit will be requested to secure a date and the remaining balance can be made on the day of event or delivery date agreed. Payment can be made via bank transfer or cash.
Delivery: Work will be completed within 14 days and the final product will be delivered digitally. Please note that shorter deliveries may result in a higher fee. The client can request additional products to be delivered after the work has been completed, please note additional fees would apply.
Copyright: Please note that Hazed visuals would be the Copyright owner of all work completed. The client is granted to use for personal and commercial purposes.
Damages: Hazed visuals are not responsible for any injuries or damages the occur during photoshoots or events.
Cancellation: If a client wishes to cancel, the deposit will not be refunded. The client must contact within 48 hours if they wish to reschedule. Fees may apply for rescheduling events.
