Can I bring my own photographer or videographer?
Yes, absolutely, that is exactly what studio hire is for! Everyone has their own unique taste and vision when it comes to their content, so bringing a creative team that aligns perfectly with your brand's style is very important. You are also welcome to shoot the content yourself or use your own equipment.
What equipment is included with the studio hire?
All studio bookings include full access to continuous Godox lighting (2× Godox SL60IID), professional RGB lights (3× Rotolight NEO 3 LEDs with strobe/flash capabilities), color attachments, props, a studio wardrobe, changing space, and makeup stations.
Can I hire the studio for videography, podcasts, or brand events?
Yes! Our space features two distinct sets: the bright, minimal Aura Room and the atmospheric New York Loft. Both spaces are built for fashion photoshoots, video production, podcast recording, lifestyle content, and private events for up to 60 people.
Where is Hazed HQ located in Nottingham?
We are located at 63B Mansfield Road, Nottingham, NG1 3FN in Nottingham City Centre, situated right next to Victoria Centre Car Park and Victoria Bus Station.
Is parking available near the studio?
Yes, multi-storey parking is available right next door at Victoria Centre Car Park (York Street / Glasshouse Street entrances), just a 1-minute walk from our entrance. Follow signs for the North / Victoria Bus Station.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
BOOKING TIME
Your booking starts and ends at your scheduled time. Please arrive 10 minutes early, as someone will be there to let you in. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your booking may be cancelled with no refund. Late arrivals are not entitled to extra time or a reduced fee, and your session will still end at the scheduled finish time. Please allow enough time for setup and pack-down within your booking.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Please take care of the studio and its items. Avoid any damage, especially with marks / stains on furniture, clothes and flooring. Shoe covers are mandatory and must be worn at all times inside the studio - exception of outfit pictures. You're welcome to bring indoor shoes such as slippers.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations will incur a non-refundable charge.
LIABILITY
Hazed HQ is not liable for any personal property loss / damage or injuries during your booking.
