Client Responsibilities:
Please take care of the studio and its items. Avoid any damage, especially with marks / stains on furniture and clothes.
Booking Time:
Your time starts and ends at your scheduled booking time. Please arrive and leave on time to avoid delays with other bookings, we may have appointments scheduled both before and after your slot. Please ensure you plan enough time for setting up and packing down.
Early Starts & Late Departures:
If you arrive and start early, your time will begin from that point and will end earlier accordingly. If you are late leaving or packing up, additional charges will apply at the end of your session.
Cancellations:
If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will incur a non-refundable charge.
Liability:
Hazed HQ is not liable for any personal property damage or injuries during your booking.
