BOOKING TIME
Your time starts and ends at your scheduled booking time. Please arrive and leave punctually to avoid delays — we may have other appointments scheduled before and after your slot. Be sure to allow enough time within your booking for setup and pack-down.
Fees will not be reduced if you arrive late, and additional charges will apply if you go over your scheduled time. If an early start is possible, you may either extend your booking or start early and finish earlier — you are only entitled to the duration you’ve paid for and must finish once that time is complete.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Please take care of the studio and its contents. Avoid any damage, especially marks or stains on furniture and clothing. Shoe covers are mandatory and must be worn at all times inside the studio.

CANCELLATIONS
If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations will incur a non-refundable charge.
LIABILITY
Hazed HQ is not liable for any personal property loss, damage, or injuries during your booking.
